At this time, shipments are only available to Italy. 

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday.

Orders placed before 1pm (CET) will be processed and shipped on the same day. 

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on any other bank holiday in Italy will be processed on the next business day. 

Shipping cost depends on the destination country and can be calculated by choosing the country at the checkout after a product has been added to the cart. 

For Italy, we ship primarily through SDA, DHL and TNT.

The estimated delivery time is:

    - Standard shipping: 2/4 business days

    - Express shipping: 24/48 hours

Our primary international shipping partner is DHL and the estimated delivery time is:

    - Standard shipping: 2-4 business days

    - Express shipping: 48/72 hours

Delivery outside major cities may take slightly longer. 

For any order to be delivered out of the European Union, the customer may be subject to custom duties, sale taxes and other related costs, payable once the parcel reaches its destination. Any such additional costs shall be borne by the customer. We cannot predict the amount of such costs as we do not hold any control over them. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite the user to contact the local customs office.
